1098-T for 2025 becomes available for student download on or just before January 31, 2026. An email will be sent to the student UMD address on file when forms are ready to download. Note: Messages are not sent to authorized payers, only to student emails

Feb. 1, 2026
Final day to cancel ALL of Spring 2026 registration with no courses remaining in your term schedule and receive a 100% refund.
Feb. 2, 2026
First day of classes for Spring 2026 term. (Extended from original date due to University weather closure)
Feb. 6, 2026
Last day to drop a course within first five days of classes for 100% refund. For students who want to drop individual courses, but to still remain registered for other credits (if dropping all courses, refer to withdraw from all courses deadlines)
