Temporary Changes To Refund Requests

Note:

  • The Office of Student Financial Services is currently processing all prorated credits to student accounts relating to changes in instruction for the Covid-19 Spring 2020 term.
  • All credits posted will first be used to satisfy any outstanding balances owed.
  • Accounts with credits remaining may choose to receive these funds or leave them on the student account for future term charges.
  • If you wish to leave any applicable credit on your account, please do NOT complete a direct deposit form.
  • All enrollments in direct deposit will automatically receive applicable refunds.To enroll in  direct deposit visit: THIS PAGE

  • If you have a credit on your account NOT related to Covid-19 Spring 2020 term credits/refunds and would like to request an emergency refund of those funds, please email our team at billtalk@umd.edu.  Be sure to include your UID, whether you are enrolled already in direct deposit, and any other pertinent information.
